Registration Deadline – Deadline to register for this year’s Phlocking is April 19. Get your registration form at www.phlocking.com. We will maintain a maximum 200 person limit this year and we will not over-book!! The very good news is that registrations have begun to steadily flow in with some great “old” friends and “long-time phlockers” already registered like Captain Bob Gard, Danny Burgess, Steve and Kelly Goulet, Greg Bukowski, Joe and Nancy Weaver, the “Subway Boys’, Tim DePew, just to name a few.

Phlocking Lunches. On Friday, there will be a pizza buffet available for purchase.  Your registration fee includes lunch served at about noon or 12:30 on Saturday at Mr. Ed’s Upstairs Deck during the shows.

Check-in – There are only two times when you can pick up your t-shirt and ID tag at Mr. Ed’s Bar – Thursday from 3 until 7 PM and Friday from Noon until 3 PM. If you are unable check in during the designated registration times, let us know so that we can make other arrangements. If possible, please have a friend pick up your bag and ID tag. If these options don’t work for you, please email steelcitydan@comcast.net so we can prepare your items and put them aside for your arrival. It’s very important that you get your ID tag – we are scheduling ALL events as private parties on Mr. Ed’s upper deck this year.

Accommodations – Accommodations are always limited. It’s a good time to check for cancellations at The Commodore, our host hotel. Island Club Rentals may have houses available. More info on the website – www.phlocking.com and at http://www.visitputinbay.org/

Phlockers Get Discounted Rates on the Miller Ferry and Jet Express – The names of all registered Phlockers are listed at both the Miller and the Jet Express. Be sure to give your name to the attendant to receive your discount.

Entertainment – We have a huge line-up this year, and, we’ll be kicking off Thursday afternoon with Jerry Diaz giving his famous Pardi-Gras toast. Don’t miss this perfect way to start a party! We’ve loaded the line-up with the best of the Trop Rockers. In no particular order, besides Jerry Diaz, you’ll hear John Reno, Johnny Rodriguez, K.D. Moore, Don Middlebrook, Latitude, and Corned Beef & Curry Band. We’re working on a schedule that will be released a little closer to the event. It’s going to be fantastic, especially because we plan to provide “jam bands” with mixtures of all entertainers on both Friday and Saturday night.  And of course, the songwriter’s showcase on Sunday.

Raffles – Of course there will be raffles! Mr. Ed has prizes ready and waiting for us. We’re very happy to accept raffle prizes and/or baskets. Simply bring you gift along with you and catch up with us when you arrive. Thanks!

No need for a car on Put-In-Bay, cabs are cheap and will take you anywhere you need to go. NO OPEN CONTAINERS on the street. The policemen are smart – they know all the tricks. Don’t risk getting a fine or an overnight stay at the PIB jail!
